Those '45's' are CLEARLY not 45's, so your 90's are not 90's. You can even see it in the picture.

Check the angle setting on whatever tool (table saw? Track saw? ) you used to cut the 45 degree cuts with.

From where I am sitting it looks as though the top and left hand pieces are slightly wider than the others - this could be an optical illusion of course. As for the 45 deg check - only you can do this.

Perhaps you could check both aspects and let us know.

Did you cut the angles at 45?

If the legs are tapered then the required angle is slightly less than 45 depending on the amount of taper.
