I need to make about seven cuts in 1/8 inch polycarbonate about 60 inches long. What blade do I need for doing this job? I do have already the three different wood blades from Festool 1.2mm blade thickness. Would. Or would it be better to use my CARVEX with a plastic blade.

Use the 48 tooth, set the depth to 50% tooth exposure when plunge, to make the cut pull the saw backwards, set the speed to ~80%.

The Carvex would be a little harder to control and you may have to deal with melting.

If you don’t want use the above method, router with a zero flute bit.
