110v lead uk

Hey I'm wondering if anyone can help.
I need a 110v lead with a on off switch to plug a diy table saw using a circular saw into so I can zip tie the trigger on and use the on off switch to turn the machine on and off. Can't seem to find any online. Can any one help

Could you not use a 240 volt NVR switch and plug the transformer in to the NVR? This will allow you to switch the power to the saw On/Off.
Alternatively you could seek out a 110 volt NVR switch, I know Trend made them but they are rare and costly in comparison to the common 240 volt NVR.

What about using a remote  control socket. You can get a 240v plug in remote socket. Plug your transformer into it and you've got remote power.

Unless you are building this for site use only where you won't have any 240v so then you have to get a 110v nvr switch as suggested above

That'll def work but quite a bit more expensive ~£80 I think.

I've not looked in to it but I'm sure they're nowhere near that price.

I see hobbyists going on about them all the time on various forums, I'm sure you can get them for around £20

Plug in types yes you're right, I was thinking more of a hardwired type where you're controlling the supply to the socket.
