Can anyone recommend a 12V cordless rotary tool?
I see Milwaukee and Dremel, but I was wondering if there were any others that I may have missed.
Of course my preference would be the Bosch GRO but it's NAINA.

I have the Milwaukee and use it regularly, I actually have seven of the 12V's and use them all.

Another vote for the Milwaukee. They have a pretty expansive 12v line so you will have batteries already if you want another one of their tools.

FYI, Bosch has owned Dremel for decades.

There's a video on Youtube that shows you how to swap caps, swapping them every time I want to use it in a different tool? No thanks.
