13" long handled 10mm hex key?

Does anyone know what specifically this is used for?

Its an 10mm hex key but a very large one lol. I have emailed the company as its email is embossed on the shaft but got no reply.

It looks like the wrench that is used to free the shaft of a garbage disposal.

I've seen 13mm versions of those used for changing the position of movable walls in meeting rooms. Perhaps something like that?

Based on Monowa products website...My guess is that it is a wrench for manually operating one their movable walls or partitions.

That is correct, I got an email from monowa, and it is used for their movable partition walls and sells for about  £20.00.

Unless I can find another use its going on ebay so I can save up for the new combi systainer sortainers!
