oh my...

and now Murray @ US Open

a great match and so close!  I think the US crowd loves a great match as much as the Wimbledon crowd

all that is left is for Lewis or Jenson to win the F1 for absolute bliss

It has been the best year of my sporting life.

Man City, my team of 35 years, won the title for the first time in over 40 years.

Britain did amazingly at the Olympics and I was in the UK to see it.

Murray won the US Open, the first Brit since 1936 to win a Grand slam event.

McIlroy is the top golfer in the world.

Wiggins was the first Brit to ever win the Tour de France.

It's just amazing to be British and a sports fan these days.

Sat up till 2.30am listening to the tennis live.  Don't have sky sports & I couldn't find an on line player that would work on the iPad or MacBook air  [sad]

Murray did fantastic, really tough game.  Hope he can go on to get more slams now.

Times like these I can almost admit I was born in Luton ..... OOPS  [embarassed]

Now THIS is a mayor to be proud of. What a great speech at the London Olympic celebration parade.

Yes Boris - very entertaining on "Have I got News for You", indeed my daughter has announced she'd like to vote for him as PM as at least he makes her laugh, whereas all the other MPs are useless or crooks...

have a look at him on the zip wire during the olympics
