I've had this blade for 3 months and every couple feet it will load up and chatter.
At first I thought it was the 6/4 maple I was ripping, but it persists in anything except mdf. Even cutting plywood at the slowest motor speed, very light feed rate it will chatter.
I've talked to the business I purchased through. They sent it to a sharpening company for inspection. They cannot find any reason why I would do this.
I thought maybe the toe in/out was out of whack. But the stock 48t works perfectly fine.
Any ideas?
