32mm Cabinets w/Imperial Tools

Is it worth keeping the Imperial components for the Incra TS-LS or should I see if Incra will take some trade in (its brand new and hasn’t been used yet) towards additional purchase?

I’ve never spent a minute trying to keep my tools and measuring devices in one system.  I, instead, utilize one set of measuring devises that are in the system I prefer.  A small tape measure is what all of my machines are calibrated to, a set of calipers, and a few others.  I convert as necessary never think - “if my TS was just in imperial”.  I find no frustration or challenges operating in this way.  Maybe cutting test pieces makes it work for me.

The only real concern with the 32mm ssytem that I can tell is the length/height of the cabinet. It has to be divisable by 32mm. A fast capand festool tape measures has little black marks where the 32mm lands, it is both metric and imperial. Once you get the LR32 kit if you cabinent isnt exactly at 32mm it wont work as it has to snugly fit inbetween the stops.youd have to trim it to fit or maybe a small spacer if a hair to small.

so its really a fool proof system. Dont do what I do and over think this stuff
