Have been wanting to model these up and print a few out for a while now. Finally got around to it yesterday. I'll probably put the files up somewhere for people to download. I may make a few custom holders for jigsaw bits and other ideas. [attachimg=1][attachimg=2][attachimg=3][attachimg=4]

I look forward to seeing more types.

Thank you! Here is the link to the files if you would like to print your own:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5222945

Nice, I could use that so I grabbed the files off thingiverse.

Any print parameters infill, number of perimeters, or layer height. What material, PLA or PETG? I didn't see any print specs listed.

I'd love to just see some simple insert trays that I could pull out with small parts in the them. So a simplified version of what you made.

Thanks to the author for the work.
Printed with PETG filament with parameters 0.2, fill density 20%, without supports. Looks like original.

Really not wanting to spoil the party. But promoting a way to make pretty much verbatim copies of a product Festool sells on a community forum Festool runs (and pays for, so no Ads here) is not exactly kosher. Even if the design is possibly not patent-protected.

If you made some alteration/improvement, I would not say a word.

I think we should let Festool worry about it.  I will see what they say. In fact I am not sure the holders are even available from Festool anymore since the Sys Gen3 is taking over from the T-Loc. I believe the attic / storage lid is gone.

Thank you all for the kind words. Responses below:

[member=60461]Bob D.[/member] Printing parameters:

Printer: Zortrax M200
Material: Z-Ultrat (ABS similar)
Layer Height: .14mm
Infil: 30%
The tolerances are tight and I would recommend scaling up slightly based on your specific printer and material.

[member=71672]simnick[/member] Great Idea. I will add this as an insert type!

[member=76553]cd985[/member] Very happy that the print turned out well for you!

[member=61254]mino[/member] You have a good point and I did not intend to infringe or break community rules. Will remove if asked to by the Moderators/Festool. Absolutely do not plan to profit from these in any way.

[member=1619]SRSemenza[/member] Thank you for addressing this. Please let me know what you find out. It was also my thought that it was an obsolete part and could be shared. If not, I will remove links to files.

[member=62776]dupe[/member] thank you!
