Our friend Daniel recently made a video for us with one of his latest orders.

He combined a sortainer, Kaizen foam, and a T-18.

Check out the video  :)

Thanks again Daniel...

Looks good Ken!

I can tell you the foam insert is working out great.  My drill is always ready along with all the accessories.  I never need to worry if I forgot something in the shop because it's all together all the time.

Happy to help.

Hahaha  [laughing] someone else posted that on youtube.  Most of the time the 2 batteries will last me through the day, so I have no need for it on site.  The sortainer is more for bringing all my chucks, bits, and other do-dads in and out of a customers house/business and have everything organized.  Not to hold all the original items in a way that the original systainer insert did.

My charger is actually on a shelf with all my other brands of chargers.  On the shelf below I keep batteries to charge (when all chargers are full) and the shelf above holds all charged batteries waiting to go back with the tool they belong to.

There is space in the foam that I did not cut which can hold another battery, or a charger.  I haven't decided what to put there yet.  Also, I have yet to drain both batteries during one quick stop and if I'm on site for a larger job I'll throw the charger in with some other random parts in a tool bag since I will have a lot more than a couple of systainers worth of stuff laying around.

Hope this answers the question.

Daniel
