500767 Sys-AZ Drawer Set discontinued

So I ordered this set from my local dealer last week.  He just called to notify me it is now in stock.  However, the set is no longer available and he needs to sell them as individual drawers at $50 each.  He said he spoke with his Festool rep about this and he said they are no longer selling the set?

Is this true?

hmmmmm. Its still listed on the Festool website as a product. Is he just trying to make another $25?

Either that or he ordered five separate drawers by accident.  But I'm not even sure about that since he ordered the same exact set for me two weeks ago.

I just called Festool and confirmed that 500767 is NOT discontinued.

Visited the dealer this afternoon and told him I called festool USA.  He immediately called his rep and got it straightened out.  Not really sure what happened here and not sure I care to know honestly.  Just glad to know this forum!

Glad to see that worked out.  I have always had great success calling Festool USA and getting answers to questions.  If others are in the same boat - phone can be better than email.
