I put together this chop saw fence yesterday with 80/20 aluminum rails and Kreg tracks.  Its nice because its adjustable and doubles as a hold-down for routing, etc.  The 80/20 is great because its accepts many attachments like stops for repetitive cuts.

Nice job!!!  I'm wondering, though, if the saw clears the dust hood when laid over to 45° in either direction?

Saw tilts and swings both ways. Rails are from 80/20 web site... It's really great stuff

Very Nice!

I just got my Kapex during the sale and I thought about making some wings with 80-20.

You've done a great job.

8020 has an Ebay site.  I've been buying from them there for years, they have GREAT service and ship promptly.  I really need to learn to post picture as I have literally used hundreds of their products to modify everything from my table saws, to my MFT and self made tables, rail connectors, etc.

spark... Yes, barely.

Re: 80/20, they have a big eBay presence but their web site and catalogs are massive, great business

Rst...really would like to see some of your ideas/modifications using 8020
