82" x 48" MFT 1080 style extrusions  and legs FULL TABLE.

Since I have another that is 110 " x 48"(A full 1080 plus a big table) I am going to sell this one. I really am going back and forth on it so I am not selling it for some crazy low ball number. For some reason because I have two  this one always just ends up as a catch all for all my crap, like boxes tools etc and I can not even see the table after awhile. That means it was rarely ever used other than as a table. If it did not have a ton of stuff all over it I would take a picture right now.

Made with the Festool long extrusions and real Festool 1080 MDF hole tops. Has the 1080 legs and is Festool from top top bottom, not custom. I do not think you can get these long extrusions anymore. I used the 1080 long side extrusions for the depth on this table so it is a full 48" deep! It has the 1080 legs so it is lower than an MFT3. I put mine on 4 x 4 blocks, you can have them, but mine are cut for a crooked floor and would have to be re-cut for your use. You can add center leg support if you want, this only had legs on the ends. If you want a ROCK SOLID work bench this is not that. It has Festool legs on the end and wobbles like any MFT does. You will have to add center support etc if you want a rock solid bench. It is suitable for all cutting and clamping, I would not use a manual hand planer with it though. With my other large table I use Fir 4" x4"s as legs with stretchers and it is ROCK SOLID.

Make an offer. Please keep in mind what one MFT 1080 cost and this is about 3 MFT 1080's wide and this is  ALL Festool made. Plus, it is unique as hell and I am under no duress to sell it at all. I will keep it posted a few days unless one offer is just to good to refuse.  If the offer is right I will take it. After an accepted offer I will provide pictures and the buyer does not have to go through with purchase. Believe me, that will not happen. If I get a chance sooner I will put up pics, but kids are home and it is the holiday weekend. I only decided to sell it a few minutes ago.

It is NEW quality and I will clean it up to look brand new if it does not pass my inspection.

... Plus at the cost of the 1080 vs the size of this, the area of almost 4 1080's.

Uhm.....  If I am not mistaken, the size of your Jumbo MFT is just short of three 1080's, not four.  The overall width of a single MFT 1080 is about 31".

Thanks for catching the typo. The measurements I gave are correct(82" x 48"), but that does equal a bit less than 3 not 4 if the 1080's are 31. Well the one I am selling anyway.  :)

The MDF on the 1080 Work surface is 28.5" :)

The table is like the one in the Jerry Works' MFT publication.

Here is the table in my shop awhile back. One of the very few times I used my TS 75(to trim the box). You can use the holes on the large MFT table to swing arcs pretty easily, as shown below. You can see how the 1080 tops are divided and that if this was a single 1080 how it would be pretty tough to pull off this operation for something of this size. The larger table makes so many things simpler! You can add baskets, etc around the perimeter of the large  to hold anything you want. Try making a 48" or 60" disc on a single MFT! No problem with the large table!

SOME of these OLD pics are of my other table, the one for sale has no adhesive on it, etc.

And of course my shop looks like hell, excuse the mess.

I've gotta know.  Are you having your wife call you that now?  [big grin]
The kids can call you daddy dovetail.  [poke] [thumbs up]

Am interested in the table you posted.

what are you willing to accept for it?

I have one 1080 and am interested in a much larger work surface,

many thanks

Hehe, that's right.

One table sold, the other I am going to pack away tomorrow.

So someone make an offer and I will clean it up to new looking and make the tops near new as well, otherwise I pack it dirty.

I can ship this.

Many more items for sale in this thread.

Did this all get sold?  Last I saw, part of it was sold and part was not.  I'm close enough to Chicago to make it worth the trip.
