We’re back - And I don’t like it.

Okay, not really. I’m just of that age where change makes me curmudgeon-ly. But glad it’s back.

But in checking in from my phone and looking forward to logging on from the desktop later.

Hoping that I won’t have to export import pic files anymore!

Inserting images are the standard jpeg, gif, png - NOT the apple Heic. So no luck there.

I just read an email from Festool and there are still some things to be buttoned up - most of which are behind the scenes. One thing involves permissions for Seth and I which means for instance right now we can't assign special member designations like "Dealer, Retailer, etc." But at least we can catch up and share.

I came across this post from Ultimate Tools Rep and figured this is probably not the GUI look they are going for - in case they want to make tweaks to the system.

But Peter - this "drag and drop" photo feature is nice from the desktop. But we're still with the 1mb limitation, which means I still had to import this into Preview and export it smaller.

Where is the setting to Ignore others signatures?
Some sigs can be pretty long winded with the list of tools <-- is it even needed?

Click on your username icon in the upper right corner of the menu bar.



In the pull-down menu, select "Preferences".




A new screen will appear with profile choices. Uncheck the box for "Show people's signatures with their messages". Click "Save".

I usually read messages via an RSS reader. But the reader isn’t showing any messages since the change. Has the RSS feed shut down, or did it move, and if it moved, what’s the new URL?
