Hello all,
Here are a couple storage solution projects that I made recently with my new festool tools.
The first is a storage bin/organizer for hats, gloves, sunglasses and assorted kids junk that my wife designed and is working out really well. It was constructed with 1/2" baltic birch, bin fronts and edging with solid poplar, finished with acrylized latex paint.
The second is a stamped metal drum that I made a lid/seat out of curly maple, finished with a beeswax/carnuba/tung oil paste.

Not the most complicated of projects, but they turned out well and the wife is happy.

Still good work, and you included the wisdom at the end  [wink]

I like the storage bins!  The flared out front is a nice touch!

I like uncomplicated projects, generally both me and the customer (wife) are happy!
