A little window trim...

To start with I hate drywall window returns....One before the new windows and trim.

One room, 8 windows of the 39(?) I did. Fabricated and sprayed the trim in the shop.

These were the most fun due to getting them mated up in the corner---jack miters are your friend.

Parallax is your enemy...

Those wndows are in Highlands Ranch CO.

Looks like I'm here for the long term. The wife has decieded were selling the house and moving.

We leave behind 2 grandchildren back home,  "my girls" will be less than an hour away.

Those look incredible. Are you a one man band now? My brother in law is in Denver, we just visited in June. There's a lot of talent in that area between Marc Spagnuolo, Mike Farrington, and now you.

For the first time in my careers I'm not a one man band. I have one great employee, he is the son of a Ed Michnick, who is a member here.

About time you decided to move there full time.

Now ya get the joy of fixing your house up for sale moving and fixing the new house up to move into.

Great improvement, coincidentally we are currently doing something very similar for an American lady, who has a beautiful house over here close to Richmond Park.

We are installing new Georgian style windows and casement doors, along with liners, grounds and architraves, and also covering the existing plaster reveals of the existing windows, with liners and architrave.
It adds so much character  [thumbs up]

I know this is odd but I've appreciated your posts here on the FOG and on other forums, literally for years.

I'm a journeyman carpenter and when I see advice or suggestions from you, I take them seriously, as you're a wealth of knowledge. Despite not having any personal interaction.

Seriously, while your woodworking methods and advice are amply documented in countless threads on the FOG, I would add something not so apparent: you do an exceptional job of planning your work, material yield, cost, the works. Your craftsmanship is matched by the value you deliver to your customers.

Amid all of that you continue to make time to provide help and advice to anyone who asks - including TSO. Our Parallel Guide would not be the robust product it has become without your generous help in BETA testing. A great inspiration for us to "pay it forward"
