nice draws i think ive seen pics of your van pre draws on KFF?
i have a crap shelf rack in mine that ive slowly filled with junk [sad]

[big grin] maybe.

Time will tell if they hold up and work to expectations. I really want to systainer everything and have a rack down one side but security is a big issue. Looked into an aluminium locking roller setup but the cost really did out way the usability. Will stick with this for the time being

Cheers

I like how the grain patten is layed out on the drawer fronts. Wonder how many people notice that.  I did a workshop with 500lb glides on the drawers and a magnetic lock system to hold mitre saws,Lamello biscuit joiners and other High end shop tools secure so the labors and some employees couldn't just walk out with them.  I used 2 sheets and layed out the drawers the same way. Ran it through a Felder table saw keeping a blade with between drawer fronts. Bet it is a lot easier using the TS55. The guy I did the work for bought the Ts55 after I finished and left, lol.

;D your the first mate. Yes quite simple with the TS.

So you went to the effort of making the grain follow, but yet you couldn't find a roll of edging tape, huh??? [poke]

[big grin]

thanks woodguy

i think i need to combine your ideas with jmb's and make a 8' rack 4'high then some draws/storage boxes above for bits. with maybe some kind of slot for guide rails and ug extentions and a place for the vac

i already have a 4' rack on the opposite side above the wheel arch that get filled with glues and sealents etc

[eek]That would have taken ages mate and the curve of the hand grab would have been a PITA plus the chipboard grain give extra purchase to pull the draw from the retention clip. I did give it thought for about 0.5 of a second though  [tongue]
