Accesory slots in PDC 18/4 systainer

Hi All,

New to this group.

Does anybody know what accessories would go in these vacant slots in the systainer tray for the PDC 18/4?

First three photos are of the systainer. The fourth and fifth photos are of the picture that is attached to the underside of the systainer lid. It shows an item that is meant to go in one spot but I can't work out what it is meant to be.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

From the pictures it looks like the first is for a twinbox (496936) some call it a "bit box".

The next two are maybe the socket adapter (768165) and the depth stop chuck (769126) ?

The very first picture is not for any accessory, it's just to be able to grab the drill when you store it with a bit on.

As for the others, I honestly can't say. There was a time when I would have identified those items in a second on Festool's old website, but with their current website I'm not even going to bother. Apparently Festool doesn't feel the need to tell you what they actually sell, mysticism is a huge part of their current marketing strategy.

Hi Michael!

First red circle (under bit holder) serves no purpose (afaik).

Second red circle (next to the handle) is for a "TwinBox". ->https://www.festool.de/zubehoer/496936---bb-mix

Third red circle is for the 8mm socket wrench "bit" that comes with the depth stop.

Fourth red circle is for the additional stop collar/sleeve that comes with the depth stop. (There is an additional collar with larger opening (23mm) for self tapping screws with sealing washer that comes with the depth stop)

Thanks for your help guys.

I have a few festool tools in systainers and even with all the accesories in them that come with the tool there are empty places left over.

Is there somewhere  you can go to find out what other accesories fit in the empty places in the systainer trays, because even when I go to stores that sell the tools the people working there don't always know.

      This forum is probably going to be your best source. Which trays do you want to know about?  Post pics.

      I have layout pictures for a couple.
