Accessories for MFT-style table

So i picked up my first perforated top that I will be using to make my own mft-style table.  I've been doing research on what accessories to get for use.  I'm not looking for brands necessarily, but more style of tool/accessory.  however, if you feel that one brand is vastly superior and needs mentioning, by all means, mention it.  I know there is a lot of threads out there talking about the different dogs/clamps that are available, but i'm look for more of a "what i need to get started" list

for example:  2 bench dogs, 2 rail dogs, 1 or 2 toggle/quick clamps,  adjustable clamps (ex. festool clamping elements).

I have got and use every day:

4 (two pairs) bench dogs,
4 (two pairs) parf dogs,
3 quick clamps, 
2 festool clamping elements

4 reg screw clamps, 2 12" Festool screw clamps , 2 quick clamps, 2 clamping elements, 2 sets of Qwas dogs, 2 sets of rail dogs. Cross members, table connectors.

A cheap way to get started and see what you like and need is to buy some six inch HF clamps, grind the little nub off the end...next get some round dowel and bigger square dowels...attach a piece of the square dowel on top of the round dowel...instant dog

Simple way to get inexpensive dogs is to use replacements for the B&D Workmate.  Amazon has a package of 4 for less than $10.

A pair of rail dogs is a must.

The newer kinds like Parf rail dogs and Precision dogs allow
you to make a trammel for your router, great idea.

A pair of three branch candlesticks and a fruit bowl, possibly a wine cooler.

Mine probably gets used for alfreco nibbles more often than woodwork. Great fun trying to stop olives and silverskin onions falling through the 'oles.
A freshly-pulled champagne cork will just fit in one of the holes. Getting it out again. however....
