If you make your own jig or carefully layout the hole locations  you would only need a 20mm boring bit.

If you wanted to spend the money you could add the LR32 system and a 55" LR32 rail to the party.  But the edge stops might not reach to the back of your bench.

Or you could buy longer solid rod stock, I believe it's 8mm dia. from McMaster Carr and use the Edge Guide 492 636.
With longer rods you could just bore the back row of holes and slide the router towards you as you progress.

Lots and lots of options.  Get creative !  And keep us updated on how you get it done.

Edit:  I just clicked on the photo.  I don't like clicking thumbnails.  You already have the holes marked out.  If you're using the table just to clamp parts and not as a cutting station why not use a 20mm Zorbo bit and drill the holes out with a cordless drill?

Do they sell the 20mm Zobo bit individually?  I can only find it as part of the set on the Festool site.  It would be nice if I could get the imperial Zobo set and then add on the 20mm.

Timber Tools in Canada. I purchased mine (System 3) with a 6mm pilot.

Thanks man.  Their prices for individual bits actually make the Festool set look like a bargain!

I hear ya, but the System 3 series does offer you some serious advantages. I was able to punch in a series of 6mm holes in a 1 3/4" thick maple top with a vertical alignment tool in the grid pattern (96mm) that I wanted. So now, when I need these holes enlarged to 20mm to hold dogs or clamps as the project dictates, I can just take the 20mm Zobo bit with the 6mm pilot and enlarge the 6mm holes to 20mm and I'm assured that they have been bored at 90 degrees to the surface of the table top. I have a problem with a flat work surface that is riddled with 20mm holes that allow screws, nails, saw dust and what ever to fall through. There's not much that can fall through a 6mm hole. On top of that, this zobo bit is sweet, I'd purchase another tomorrow.
