Adapter For Using Compact Routers With The Festool LR32 Guide

Thanks Hans for the update. Really saddened to hear that we've lost Bob D. I'd bought some products from him and enjoyed dealing with him. He was always very responsive. He will be missed.

The news about Bob is so sad.  I contacted him many times about his adaptor for the Dewalt router when he was finalizing it to sell and was able to get one of the first ones.  I'm just so shocked to hear this. May he rest in peace.

I tried to find a video that showed the speed in which shelf pin holes are drilled with the LR32.  But the three that I watched sped up that section (a reasonable thing to do).

What is a reasonable expectation for holes per minute once the LR32 is setup and in place?

2 seconds per hole?  3 seconds per hole?  Etc.

The Festool Live video on the LR32 should be at normal speed.  Sedge isn't drilling hundreds of holes, but he did it at a normal pace.

I think the Build series with Brent Shively is also at regular speed.

I can do about 1 hole per sec, if I'm really trying to hustle.

A more leisurely pace isn't that much slower though, maybe 4 holes in 5 seconds.  Something like that.
