I have seen a lot of threads about this and thought I would post my set up. It's a senco compressor and it works good for doing trim. It's my first run at it and I will be making a bigger set up with a rollair. You can just plug in any drop cord to the side and let it run. I keep my 23g and 18g in the drawer above it and a 20ft coil hose and all the braids above that. Air hose also plugs in the side by the air. I used soft copper to plum a drain in the front.

Nice one! I also bought a Senco 1010 for this purpose, can it still be removed to drain the water and stuff? Did you run it for long times and check the heat?
I presume you cut away the roll cage, the engine has it's own feet which is nice, but how did you make the tank hold to that bottom plate?

Would it help to put the compressor on top? That way, you could get to everything without taking the systainer and sortainer apart.

I completely removed the frame and mounted the tank and motor to a peace of 1/4" then caulked that to the bottom of the systainer and put a few screws through bottom of systainer. I plumbed soft copper to a drain on bottom front of systainer look close to the pics.

What did you use for the plug and air coupler cutout?  Is it just a standard new work box?  I have really wanted to do this, but I keep getting hung up on the "fit and finish". I just don want it to look cheap.

Yes it's just a 2 gang outlet box. The next one I do I think I'm going to mount the plug and air on opposite sides will be better to move around job site. You don't have to open the systainer for anything and it doesn't get that hot I've used it for months now with no problems.
