Nice read. Sound like a lot of the stuff we have found over the last few years. Keep those customers happy, go the extra mile to keep things clean and neat and always follow up with them after the job is done. Almost half of our business is either past clients comings back or referrals from them! I couldn't imagine surviving without that.
