I finally got my SYS-AZ sets.  I made 3 ports, with wheels.  Thought I would share.

Thanks, were you able to click on the pics to make them full size?  They will not do that on my computer.  Don't know what I did wrong.

Yes, they are full size when I click on them.

Tell us about how you made them.  What kind wood did you use?  What kind and color of paint?  Very nice job.  Looks like you bought them.

18mm birch ply, biscuit jointed tops + bottoms. 5mm back.  VERY careful layout of the 32mm hole pattern because I don't have the LR32..yet.  Filled nail holes and sanded (absolutely love my RO150).  Painted with Sherwin Williams "Samovar Silver".  Wheels from...Harbor Freight...I hate that place!!  Very fun project, I love the SYS-AZ's they make my life so much easier!  No more saying..crap, the track saw is on the bottom of the stack.  I am sure you know what I mean!

Thanks for the info.  Did you use edge banding or...?

Very professional looking!

I would have thought they were factory built - and that's meant as a great compliment.
