Agreed, unless the laws of probability have been rewritten in his favor I think Mr. Katz is a great example that the harder you work the luckier you get.

John's right.  I own most of Gary's DVDs and attended one of his seminars.  It's not luck.  It's skill, knowledge, and experience.

Baloney. Luck has a LOT to do with everything--good luck, bad luck, mediocre luck...  My uncle once said that you can only work hard and be ready when an opportunity arises. That's how you ride good luck. I always thought of it like surfing. But hard work plans a real role.  So does friendship, community, etc. Which brings me back to that video!  Thanks to everyone who gave me good advice about editing it. Here's the new link! I like it much better myself! I felt pretty bad that so many people were shocked. I learned a great lesson, too.

In some ways I have felt guilty for posting the video and then seeing what came out of it.  I do admit that I did not watch it all the way thru before posting.  I just wanted to scoop Shane and get it here first [big grin]

You have handled the criticism well and I think that what you ended up with is great.  Very classy to also mention the reasons why and how the change came about.

My hat is off to you again.

You shouldn't feel guilty at all! Why would you? It's a lot like carpentry, you know...a learning experience. I'm still not ready for Samsara--I still kick myself sometimes when I screw stuff up, but I'm trying to learn that the right approach is to ask 'why'.  I really love learning stuff...even when it's the hard way. Thanks for helping.
