Hi Everyone,

After lots of stalking, questions, watching other posts and deliberating whether i should buy an MFT table, i finally built an MFT top.  This is my first build of anyting to this scale and precision.  i used a single 8x4 and had some left over to build a tool rack too.  The top is made of birch ply, with 3-4 coats of water based poly.  This makes it super slick to slide things accross.  I also routed out some areas to keep pencils etc.    The sides are made up of a frame from the same ply, with t track.  I have spaced the t track wide enough for  a dashboard rail hinge if i buy one.  This was my first proper build so any advice much appreciated!

Looks really nice, thank you for sharing!

How did you build it? Parf guide or something else?
What kind of t-track is that? It fits the Festool quick clamp, that's nice!

Nice work. If you do decide to buy our guide rail brackets, please add a note about how deep your T tracks are embedded. We might need to supply longer mounting hardware.
