Another ProMaster Van Racking

Bob,  You are a trooper!  I now you've been doing all of this while also working out of that van when time allows (even till 2 AM) in really cold crappy weather.  Impressive.

Thank you very much Peter and you're 100% correct. Late nights and cold weather have been interesting!  Guess I should've waited till spring to buy this van. It's pretty much put together now aside from a few odds and ends...it was totally worth it!

Bob, I'm not so concerned about boxes bouncing out as I am seeing all of those screws into end grain (into plywood edges).
If I were building all those shelves, I would have some sort metal reinforcements at the corners of the boxes.
Been there, not done that with shelves to carry fertilizer & grass seed.  Even with 2x framing as reinforcing, screws begin to work lose over time. I ended up using bolts and steel angles at corners. I was working with a lot more weight, but the principles are close to the same.

About those pot holes, with the amount of cold and all of the rain mixed in with each storm, we will be seeing a whole lot more in way of highway obstacle courses when the frost starts going out.  :o
