Another question about hoses

Some of you guys are way more knowledgeable about this stuff than I am, which brings up the question.
Is there some kind of end fitting that I can put onto the extractor-end of a 27mm tool hose that would be a direct plug-in to the tool-end of my 36mm hose?
What I am looking to do is have a short section of hose "permanently" attached to each of the routers in my dual router table configuration. Then have the extractor ends mounted into some kind of manifold, where I could just plug the 36mm hose into whichever one I wanted to use at the time.
Most of the time, I just plug the 36mm hose into the fitting on the back of the fence, but occasionally it is not a through-cut, thus the chips come out the bottom.

If you have one of the older 27mm tool end fittings, it will plug directly into the 36mm hose (36mm hose alone, no fitting on the end of the 36mm hose). Mine fits snug enough that it does not come loose on its own.

I did that. D27 tool end fits kind of snugly into d36 tool end. Not a tight fit but good enough. If you bump it hard enough it pops out. Maybe put some tape on it to make it snugger

I had to read this a few times but I think I will once again mention the centec you can buy and extra click adaptor and put one one each end of your short hose and use whichever adaptor fits the 36mm hose end. You can buy the parts individually too. I have been using these hoses for looong time and have zero issues. I adapted a festool end to use with the click system too so I can swap between festool and everything else with one hose
