Some years ago, I mentioned this in the Dealer's section here and unfortunately it's time to mention this again. To all dealers using UPS, there is a fraud situation that I will bring to your attention, since this has happened 2 times with the same tool - the Domino 500 set, in the same week. I was notified by the customers inquiring "I just received this package with your (my name) on it that I did not order and my card was charged fraudulently." I'm luck for their honesty!
Here's the fraud. Thief steals a customer's credit card and places the order on the web, using the victim's correct address for billing and shipping, BUT uses an email address and phone number that goes directly back to the "thief." So, they wait until shipping is confirmed via email and using the "My Ups" option, ask UPS to reroute the tool to their own address.
Just a heads up and something to be aware of. Remedy as you see fit.
