I was working on an idea for an Anti Tip clip for the TS55, for when using the saw for cutting miters. From my experience (stupid me) I didn't think may saw would tip off the track and it fell to the floor cracking the aluminum housing. Live and Learn. But I have seen many other manufacturers have a fix for this. I thought I would tackle the issue, but not sure if other would be interested in this 3D printed part.
Here the Clip can be slip to an open position to allow the saw to slip on and off the track easily.

Then when cutting miters, you can push the Clip to engage with the track to keep it from lifting out.
This would be more of a safety feature than used for guiding the saw a 45, because you need to keep downward pressure on the plate to ensure you are getting you 45 deg angle. But it does a great job of keeping your saw on the track.
