Duluth Trading Company sells a near-identical apron, calling it a fire hose bib apron (I think it's made out of fire hose material).

I remember when the Festool aprons came out there was a manufacturer name on a tag (sewn in if I recall correctly). It was an American company. Check your apron tag and Google the company. I think I did that way back when and aprons were available, but maybe not with Festool name on it. If you like the product give the company their support.
