I've got some prices for a custom made rail bag though it is a bit more than I thought it would be.
Approx £130 for a 3000mm in 5mm foam backed material (black), webbing handle each end and in the middle
Approx £150 for the same item but with a 1.3mm polypropylene lining (though shipping would become interesting)
To get the cost down I've asked for a discount for more bags, the discount is in batches of 5; if I buy 5 I'll get X% off, if I buy 10 it's X% off and son on. Don't know what the X% is yet though?
It needs to be kept simple otherwise it's just going to cost too much; as much as I'd like to have pockets all over the place. A wish list of features won't hurt though.
It's very similar to the proposed Fastcap bag that has been mentioned here recently.
Let me know if there is any interest. I'm not doing this for profit!
