I'm in need of a very small screw extractor tool.  the kind that have left-hand threads cut into a ball or conical head.  This tool needs to be 1.5 mm diameter and 15 mm long for that diameter length.  It then needs to step to a larger diameter of 10 mm for an additional 10 mm length.

Why the need for such an extractor with these odd requirements? I've drilled out many broken metric bolts by boring a hole and inserting commonly available extractors such as these.

The screws that need to be extracted (sometimes extracted since the heads don't always strip) are very small.  They take a T6 torx or sometimes a .048 hex driver.  Added is the fact that the screws are in a 10 mm deep by 3 mm diameter counterbore.  All the normally available extractors won't fit.

This might not help you but I have before drilled a small pilot hole into the head of the stuck screw, then screwed another small screw into the pilot hole, the tip being covered in epoxy glue, left to set and extracted.

I've worked with some really small screws with T-6 torx heads, knock on wood none have stripped out.  ;D 

Sometimes when these unfortunate situations occur, I'll dab a bit of Permatex valve grinding compound on the bit or screw head to help fill the gap around the driver and with any luck the driver will grab and remove the screw.

Otherwise, I've never seen an extractor as small as the one you seek and you may just attempt to find a left-handed drill bit and see if it will grab the screw and back it out. The type of material the screw is imbedded in will determine your success.
