anyone got a sys kitted out  for all those clamps and dogs. iv got loads of clamps and dogs and they are  driving me mad knocking  around. .
i am thinking of a trough for clamps  at the back  and a flat area drilled with 20mm holes for the dogs etc. . maybe a sheet of 4mm mdf on the inside of the lid for the clamping elements

anyone got any ideas.

what other bits have you got in your sys for the mft

thanks alan

I believe I saw a Systainer set-up like what you are asking about in Pictures from the Festool Event in Ct. this past weekend... Might have been Seth or Qwas?

all my MFT stuff goes in a SYS2 (I think).

However, I do not have any dogs. and I also keep my clamps in 3 different places.

these go in my MFT SYS2, but I really should move them to my TS75 Systainer.

My TS75 Systainer contains a pair of these.

this comes with a set of clamps.

And this one goes in a Systainer that holds nothing Festool.

I REALLY wish that festool would make an insert for the MFT specific parts with spots for intelligent extras!

The Systainer is Sal's , see the pic in the Glastonbury party thread. I am sure he can tell you more about what is in it.

just an update. i built this today.

the part with the small dogs is removable and can slid over and back on 4mm dominoes. there is plenty of room for expansion so start coming up with more ideas. .
i only have 2 clamps but i think i should easily get  6 in there across the back section , maybe more.

so far in there i  have
4qwas dogs,
2rail dogs
2 rip dogs
2 rip dog brackets
2 rip  dog (normal type)
2 sets of clamping elements (festool and walko)
4 knobs off above
4 b+d workmate dogs
2 screw clamps
2 adjustable diameter dogs (john with the numbers (tool improvments))
2 dogs with a knob on the end
2 hexagonal qwas dogs

Alan here I thought I had a great systainer setup fo my goodies, you blew me away with your design, if you don't mind I would like to change mine utilizing some of your idea with some of my setup.

not yet peter. maybe soon. i just need a little push.

is it an insert you are working on tom.
cant wait . there is a real gap in the market for something like this

More of a system within the system.  As we all know, there is no one size fits all.
