I had customers who bent their 5's. If you're gonna have a big, slim phone - well, don't put it in your pocket and then sit down?!

I didn't want to repeat their error, so mine is always in a clip on my belt.

oof. 46 page thread on this. I suspect it'll slowly disappear when Apple says "don't put it in your pocket". Just like they said "don't hold your phone without a case" during Antenna-gate. [tongue]

Looks like they all bend at the SIM tray, both these were supposedly in the front pocket.

Yeah, both stories were a bit suspicious to me.  Especially being in the front pocket. I don't wear skinny jeans so I am not as concerned.

I ordered an un locked 64gb iphone6 from the Apple store at 8am on the day of pre orders.  Was supposed to arrive last Friday but due to how far north i am the phone arrived this Monday (that was a long weekend  :'( )
Changing from the 5 i was a bit un sure but i have to say i love the size.  What i don't love is the bugs in IOS 8.  I am keen to see a 6+ in the flesh but i think i made the right choice.
Im on sim only with EE & for £16 per month i get un-limited calls, texts & 4GB of data.  I bought the phone for £619 through my business so its tax deductible  [thumbs up]

I finally got my 6 plus and I love it!

The only ugly is the limited selection of cases. It'll all change soon but that's the downside of early adoption!

No uglies so far in about a week. I've had some problems getting my contacts sync'd but that's mostly a cloud or Verizon problem (or possibly just the fact that I just don't have things set up correctly - Cloud of for now). The phone is great though. I don't have the +.

The 6 seems to be just the right size; a little larger than the 5 but not quite as big as some others out there. Plus, it's so think that it is very easy to hold. I do have a non-slip case around it, but it feels right.

I am over 2 weeks with my 6 plus and really like it. I love the screen size and the battery life is brilliant!

I have no issues with it in my trousers and really the only "negative" had been the crooked finger balancing act I have to do to try using it one handed. I just don't use it that way much.

I have had most iPhones since the first one and never had a case on any of them but with this one I might end up getting a few. I ordered a "business" one from my UK connection and may get one for when I am active outside. It is a shame as this is by far the sleekest one yet. We shall see.

I got my wife the 6 and she loves it!  I really like landscape on my plus so it feels backwards for me to use hers. One handed does work really well though.

I spent a fair amount of time researching cases. I have used a Speck toughskin duo on my other phones, right up through the 5S, but they don't offer one for the iPhone 6 or 6 Plus. I picked up this one and like it so far:

Apparently other people do too - when I bought it it was less than $20. Now it's up to $23. Thats still less than half the price of the Speck case, and it seems to be comparable.

I'm not all that fond of the screen cover/protector, but I can live with it ... I think. Otherwise, it protects the phone inside a shock case and holds it on my belt, which are exactly the features I was looking for.

It's actually quite thin for the protection it supplies.

Been using the 6 since it came out.  Love it.  The only downside if you can call it that is when I'm working i tend to take it out my pocket & leave it on top of my radio.  Went to use my wives 4s the other day & wow was it small !!!  Couldn't go back.  Im sure the guys with the 6+ feel the same.

I have to take mine off my belt when I'm streaming Pandora because my body blocks the WiFi signal and makes the music stop or break up. (You can insert your own 'density' joke here...)

The 6 Plus is easier to find than my old phone, since it's soo much larger. And I still have an iPhone 4 that I use like a remote control that seems positively TINY in comparison.

I assume everyone got AppleCare Plus with their iPhone 6...? If not, it's not too late!

I certainly got AppleCare+! 

I was frustrated in my case searches and really like the Spigen Thin Fit A case that I bought...only issue I have is that it's slippery in the hand. So I grabbed a can of Rustoleum texture paint and sprayed the case with a few coats!  I don't mind sacrificing an $11 case in an attempt to placate my frustration in lack of cases!  So far so good...I'll let it cure up overnight!
