I just finished my first job using my new Domino. I learned in one of Paul Marcel's videos that domino joints are strongest when glue is applied to both the mortise and tenon. The tenon is easy- you just use a small glue brush. The mortise is a little more difficult because when you squirt the glue in, it just lies on the bottom. You then have to use a glue brush to get the glue on the sides of the mortise where it belongs. Here's my solution. I went to Woodcraft and bought 2 Glubot glue bottles.

On one bottle I cut the end off normally and I use it to apply glue to the tenons and the mating surfaces in between the mortises.
The second bottle in drilled a 1/8th inch hole through the side of the tip so glue goes on to the side of the mortise rather than the bottom.

I got so I could apply just the right amount of glue to the mortise and it goes on to the sides where it needs to be.
