Are there any Festools that you wouldn't want?

I'm surprised that more people don't cut aluminum with the Festool TS. I have a TS75 that I used on a job putting sides on a conveyor project. This one job bought the saw, CT 33, aluminum blade, 2 MFTS, OF 1400, LR32 system, Parallel guides, 5 guide rails, ETS 150/5, and bunch of other clamps and Festool stuff. I got so many compliments on my close fitting joints. Now the job is over and I use these tools mostly for woodworking but I really liked the way they cut aluminum. I also really like having 2 MFTs. I plan to build some accessories that fit between them like a router table.

The Carvex. Festool have had it back three times. They very kindly upgraded the light so it can be turned off, but it still doesn't cut properly.

I wouldn't want the Domino XL.  There isn't enough for me to do with it to justify the high cost of the unit.  I'd like to have the 500, but can't justify it's cost either.

I forgot about half that stuff.  Their air sanders aren't that bad, but the mirka's are better...  many production shops still prefer air sanders...  I prefer the 'C' drills in for smaller work and 'T' for heaver-duty.

hi runhard, i purchased a fakir tp 220 wallpaper perforator and had one of the reps come out to my worksite within a day of purchase to try and get it to work correctly well he could not get it to work so i was given a replacement , that was not much better as it either set to deep or not enough to perforate wallpaper and this was on very very flat walls , well needless to say two years on it has sat in it's original box and has not been used, so on your list of items not to buy put this up there with some others, just to add/ the festool name for this product was not what we were calling it at the end of the day!! but that said i do love the green stuff , good luck with all your future purchases .
