Hi there,
I’m new to the forum and relatively new to festool, although when I can afford to I am slowly upgrading from dewalt to festool.
My first purchase a few years ago was a KS 60, which I got over the KS 120 only because of its size and whilst my kapex is often set up in my workshop it is just as often being used on site and Being carried around people’s houses and upstairs etc.
I almost exclusively use it for second fixing, so the depth of cut didn’t put me off and I really do think it’s an excellent tool.
I have one request/issue/question/niggle with it and it’s the accuracy of the bevel cut. My father in law has a ks120 and I am hugely impressed with its bevel accuracy via the gauge and micro adjust wheel etc.
Is there an attachment or something I can get for (or get installed on) my KS60 to improve this? I would love to give it to festool and for them to add the gauge and micro adjust wheel that the KS120 has but I think that’s unlikely.
Anyone any ideas?
Cheers
Toby
