After a very long hiatus I am back on FOG. A couple of years ago I found that I could not log in to my (OG) account (Bert Vanderveen). Well, that is what Password Recovery is for, right? Nope. Did not work. Tried it dozens of times. Never got a response. Searched the Spam Folders, to no avail. So in the end I gave up.
Today I gave it another try. Still no joy, so I created a new account (BertVanderveen). Too bad that I could not continue with the one I started in December 2008. But it leaves me with the question "why does password recovery not work on FOG?". Anyone has something useful?
