The "Server bandwidth exceeded" issue occurred near the end of May because forum activity was so high we used up all the bandwidth in our account. Bandwidth is a fancy word for the amount of access activity a forum is allowed to have in a given month. I had to purchase more banwidth to keep the forum active. Like everyone else, I was also not able to access the forum for a couple of hours because of that issue.
The reason we experienced this error is because the Festool Owners Group has become extremely active this year, and several times we have used up all the bandwidth allowed for our account. When that happens, I simply purchase more bandwidth and we are back up again. Once I purchase more bandwidth, our monthy level is permanently increased. (Kind of like a radio station installing a stronger broadcast tower.)
