Do you have any bracing on the backside of the doors to prevent racking? I built a good sized barn door with more framing than that and needed to add 3/8" steel to the back of it to stop it from racking if it was closed too hard. Just a thought, you don't want a callback from the customer. At least my callback was me telling myself "hey stupid you need to fix this".

You'd be surprised what a heavy door being pushed against a heavy stop at one point too hard will do.

Good to see you on here again Kreg!  Been a while mate.  You are the reason I own the rustic head on my 850  [eek]

Hope to see more of your projects on here...

cheers.  Bryan.

No backing on the back just what you see and they are screwed together and heavy as heck so they ain't going rack !!

Thanks Brian !!  Glad you use it and like it or did you just buy it ? Lol

No, I have had it for a few years!  I use the standard head mostly, but that rustic head is fun (once you get the hang of it.

Cheers. Bryan.

Hey Kreg nice work.
I like it so much I may borrow the idea for the workshop area I have created on a job with a bit of a twist though.  [wink]

Rob.
