this particular project I did about 85% of the cutting and routing in my shop and went to the customer's house and put it together !  it acutally worked out pretty well.

the 2 built-ins are made with birch ply and maple face frames.  I used the lr32 shelf drilling system, the domino, kapex, ts55 jig saw, in fact just about all my festools !

the cabinet doors were made using sommerfelds raised miter panels router bits set.  takes a lot of extra work, but that are sweet looking doors.....I made the first 4 doors, spent 4-5 hours routing, and cuting to size etc.... then realized I forget to add 5/8" onto the final cuts that is hidden into the tongue and groove !  darn had to buy more wood, and spend another 4-5 hours to remake.

but hey it all came out great.

the other cabinet is in the mud room.

enjoy

Dan,.  I try and sell them glass shelves everytime they get lights... and the women always, always same the same thing.... oh I would have to dust them and keep them clean !

how lazy is that!  even when I am done and they realize light does not go through wood... they still do not want glass.... at least the top 1 or 2 shelves to show it off...

I cannot figure that out.

I hate glass shelves because of the dust as well.  So you can add a guy to that list.

Looking good!!
