Beam jig

Hi

I saw these a couple of years ago with the type of floor construction in france this is a particularly usefull bit of kit.

The first beast he uses is the 2600w Mafell.
For standard, perpendicular joist/ rim joist connections in timber framing, a pattern can be made easily out of MDF or ply, at the savings of a few thousand dollars.

So true, I contacted them and they were very coy about the price so I did not bother to take it further.

Have to add I'm impressed with the built in extraction, [wink]

And for good reason.Prices seem to start around 1600 euros  [jawdrop] for the dovetail jig.
