Bessey auto adj. toggle for MFT

erock,

The star knob you are using looks to fit the MFT holes pretty well, so where did you get the knob if you don't mind me asking.

Rusty,

Just so you know, the star knobs do not fit into the MFT holes.  They are a little bigger then the MFT holes.  That's why I use the a washer between the bottom of the MFT and knob.

A better option I found is using a bench dog.  I place a bench dog from under the table and tighten the knob down.  The bench dog fills the MFT hole and prevents the 5/16" threaded rod from moving around.

At any rate, I  bought the star knobs from Woodcraft.  I can't remember the part number, sorry.

Eric,
Thanks for the reply.  What I've been using on the 8020 arms I made like Richards is a 5/16 bolt and some 5/8 x 3/4 dia. spacers with knobs from Woodpecker.  Just looking at the ones in your pictures it was hard to tell if they fit the holes.
