Thank you all for the quick and informative replies again. My local dealer is 1.5 hours away on dry roads and leaving home during the winter in my chair can be a bit of a challenge. Been easy this year:) Definitely not amazon on this one:)

I'd just like to say a sincere "thanks" to all for some very kind words of support.

I have had very good experiences with Bob Marino.

I do not know I Tool Nut still does it, but having separate stores for Festool and all other products was annoying.

In general I use my local Woodcrafts to help keep them in business so if I need something at 5:30 on Saturday afternoon, I can get it.

At this moment, yes, we have separate websites - one for Festool items and another for all other brands. However, that is going to change in the near future to help make shopping Festool + other brands a seamless experience and checkout process. So, stay tuned.  [wink]

Yes!! [big grin] [big grin] [big grin]!!
Frankly, I've just given up a couple of times when I accidentally navigated to the wrong place on the Tool Nut websites.

Hey Bob!

Let me drive 22 minutes up to Sharonville to pick things up and I am more than happy to order more from you!

;^)

Hope you are doing well my friend...

Cheers. Bryan.

I have ordered through Bob Marino and Anderson Plywood and both were perfect transactions.  I do prefer to do as much business as I can locally (across all categories).  Fortunately there are several Festool dealers in town.

Hey Bryan,

Doing well and hope so are you. Yes, pick ups locally would be ideal, but my fulfillment center is huge - Hugo Boss, Nike, West Elm, etc, - I'm the little guy there, though my team is tops, the center is just not suited for pick ups. When I was there a few months ago, I had to be accompanied by my Manager and sign in!

Best.

You can now shop for Festool on the toolnut.com website, but we are working on bigger and better things for the websites, so stay tuned.
