Hi, I am sure most of you like myself are looking for the longest lasting, fastest cutting, least vibration, cleanest cut Multi-Tool blade around.  THEY HAVE ARRIVED!  And they will be the best thing for the new Festool and Fein Multitools when they hit us.  The Blade is called the FALX and they are sold as of now exclusively by Fein Canada.  No you will not be able to get this from an american distributor as of now, sorry... NAIUSA (except through Canadians who ship south)

I will Post a Video as soon as we have one, but for now we just have information, sorry...

FALX BY FEIN Official Website Video's will be coming soon on here, this product was released a couple days ago and is hitting the Canadian flooring market now.

FALX is manufactured in Toronto, and developed here in Toronto.  The FALX blade was developed by a bright, determined, X-Atlas employee who also happen to be a machinist and went to school for Tool and Die.  He was an employee here for over 7 years before he started developing this product with his team. His determination to find a better solution than any other blade out there has paid off with this new revolutionary development.  Not only Does FALX use Austrian HSS that stays sharper longer, we have experienced little to no burning and most importantly the cleanest cuts made with a Multi-Tool ever.

When I saw and tested this blade a year or so ago, I knew they hit the jackpot... Immediately after hitting wood with the FALX blade VS. Imperial Titanium or VS. Fein BM blades I discovered a clean easy entry.  No jumping around! Result was a Clean Cut, no more scratching the surrounding area of your cut.  It also blows through nails like the Titanium Imperial Blades.  There are several common problems with MM blades and the FALX corrects them all to the best I have ever seen.  I have experienced and you will experience better performance, cleaner, quicker, cooler, and more longevity than any blade on the market.

IF FEIN BOUGHT INTO THE BLADES AND IS SELLING THEM, THEY KNOW FALX HAS SOMETHING GOOD!

FALX BLADES AVAILABLE AT ATLAS  No Single or 10 packs available right now, sorry.

3 packs or more and you get flat rate $15 shipping
5 packs or more and you get Free Shipping

JUST MENTION THE FOG IN YOUR ORDER COMMENTS

PS your CC will be billed in Canadian, if you are in the USA you will save about 8-10% as per exchange from your CC company.

Thank you, and we look forward to your feedback and comments.

How come you guys are always trying to sell me thermal imagers and not telling me about this stuff when I'm in the store?

GhostFist, don't be like that... you need a thermal imaging Camera. Falx was released a day ago in Canada. I will have the three packs in our store tomorrow! See you saturday? Actually I am off this saturday... (first saturday in a long time). But when I say see you, I mean "the store" will see you. Hahaha

Lucky you Ghostfist, I never get the thermal imagining "sell" when I go in!  [big grin]
Those fein blades look great, I will be in to pick some up.

The title contains a typing error Falk by Fein instead of FalX.
I'm looking forward to these blades in Europe as well.
One of the first products which are NAIE(urope) instead of NAINA.

Looking at the website, apparently it is FALX not Falk.  Any idea if these will be available for the Supercut?  A lot of hyperbole in the original post, it would be interesting to see some real life tests done over extended periods.  The crosscutting technique for laminate posted on the site also seems a bit awkward--using just half the blade, and the proper half at that.  I find the newer Imperial blades to be very good, but I always try all the different blades that come out.

Well just looking at the blade design it seems to make good sense. the slight radius to follow the oscillating action, The opposing tooth direction. I'm interested in trying them for sure.

I was in their store this afternoon and remembered this announcement/thread from yesterday and decided to buy a 3-pack.  Took them a while to find them as they apparently just arrived an hour or so before I got there but nobody knew where they were.  Finally after a few phone calls, it got figured out.  Thing is, I have no immediate use for them so I can't really report back any results, but I'm sure when I need them, it'll be nice to plunge without having them dance on the surface before plunging.

I started a thread over on the Canadian Woodworking forum over here for you Shawn.  Hope you don't mind. [unsure]

Thanks Kev, not only do I not mind, I thank you. By the way the non dancing is the main feature. Other than that it is an extremely high quality thin precision blade. Because it is curved the way ghostfist is saying it doesn't dance, ejects wood easier and has little to no burning because of that. Report back as soon as you can. I will post videos as soon as I can.
Thanks
Shawn
