I have NEVER been disappointed when I have purchased from Bob Marino. I refuse to order online and always call him to place an order so that I can glean info from him.
I recently ordered a CMT blade from Tom Bellamare at Tool Home and got great service also.
One thing I would like to ask anybody who ever has a less than positive experience with a dealer - let them know before you switch over to another dealer. In any transaction there are many steps and hiccups happen. Many dealers are always trying to improve their customers' experiences and value their customers. If they know about the bumps and bruises they can work on customer satisfaction both for you and also for others in the future. In my mind that is only fair.

jobsworth said:I called Tom one time and he answered even though he was on his roof doing some home repairs. Another time I called he was driving some tools out to a customer.
I called Bob up once at 7PM west coast time on a Sat nite (10PM EST) He called me back.
Ya cant pay for this kind of service
