BIG THANKS TO FESTOOL

Hey guys been using Festool for quite some time but new to the forum.Just thought I would give a big thanks to everyone at the Festool service department my domino 700 went down last week so I had to send it in for repair. The turn around time and quality of repair was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced from any other tool company. I run a high end cabinet shop and time is money especially for a tool that gets used almost daily you guys rock keep up the good work Thanks again.

I cant remember if anyone else has had posted about  dom 700 failure must be  fairly rare event,Do you know what was wrong with it? I would be interested to know.

Yeah I also haven't heard of any major problems with the 700.My first thought was the plug it cord but all that was fine. According to the repair card they replaced the armature, electronic module, and a bearing she's running like a champ now.

Glad to hear it worked out.  I have not needed service for a repair yet.  I have spoken to them a couple of times though and found the people most helpful.
