Boom Arm Set up

Hello I am trying to set up my Boom Arm after sometime in storage and I seem to have to many pieces or Im just going mad
I hope you can see a picture of the brackets I am talking about they are of course to attach the handle, power lead and boom arm to the extractor can you please help with a completed pic or some explanation of method
