I have a triangle sanding attachment for my multitool and it is good for getting in tight spots. And a scraper blade and that saved me a bundle of time removing hardened window caulk. 

This looks interesting.  I will wait to get it when I actually need it. I find that waiting until I need a tool before I buy it saves me a lot of money.

I have the Fein „profile sanding“ set, which features a couple of different shapes to be covered by sandpaper to get into profiles.

This would be a nice addition.

Yes, interesting, but of limited utility.

I expect it will sand the top of a curved surface well, but the further you go "around the curve" the worse the geometry gets.
